公司成立于2013年7月，注册资本5000万元，是哈投集团的全资子公司。

      公司主要负责原电子仪表总公司所属13户企业的整合、经营和管理，建设哈投集团信息产业园区。

    The company was founded in July 2013 with registered capital of RMB 50 million, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hatou Group.

    The company is mainly responsible for the integration, operation and management of the 13 enterprises affiliated to the former Electronic Instrument Corporation, and the construction of the information industrial park of Hatou Group.
